Now that fall is upon us rugging up for lunch or dinner on a patio is essential. We want to be warm, but not too hot, and still look good.
Our book club met round the campfire this month. Wreathed in smoke, and wrapped against the chill we discussed two books from our BLM reading list.
Since I turned my closet, I’ve been assessing my fall wardrobe staples. And come up short on light-weight sweaters and long-sleeve tees.
This week Hubby is away canoeing. And I am substitute gardener. Looking after our large vegetable garden, and trying not to get it wrong.
I’m turning my closet today. A seasonal rite of passage. Storing spring and summer garments and bringing out my fall clothes.
Kindred spirits are friends who always understand us, even when we differ. And for me many of my kindred spirits share my love of reading.
I’m musing about fall 2020 this week. About crisp mornings and cool evenings. About new fall clothes and old friends.
I’m back from my summer hiatus, my friends. Back in the game. The blogging game that is. And excited about what fall will bring.
