My midwinter slow fashion initiative is to shop my closet and wear all my winter clothes before spring. Especially my coats. Especially my old coats.
I’ve always been a cat person. When I met my husband, that fact that he had two cats pleased me no end. Love me, love my cats. No problem.
Inspired by my favourite Youtube channels, I’m playing with jewellery this week. Rummaging through my collection and trying to wear what I own.
This year, because we both have colds, we said “bah humbug” to Valentine’s Day. But such was not always the case, my friends.
I’ve spent way too much time on the couch this winter, with one cold or another. I needed some fashion inspiration to finally get me off the couch and back in action.
I am currently too under the weather to write a post today, my friends. My cold has returned, with the added benefit of a killer sinus infection. Hopefully the antibiotic the doctor gave me on Wednesday will clear that up. But, when all is said and done I am sick, sick, sick of being sick. …
This week, I’m learning all about “investing” in myself and being open to the richness of life. And it’s something I’ve been doing for years. Who knew?
For someone who loves clothes and make-up, and who stresses over my hair, I’m strangely not worried about being ski chic, or not.
